The Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU), The Institute of the Americas, and other collaborating institutions have come together to deliver an insightful dialogue of public, private and civil society leaders that explores the major business and policy issues shaping the ICT connectivity agenda for securing and advancing the Caribbean’s interest in the changing digital economy.
Bringing together regional and international stakeholders from each area of the information and communication technology industry, this event will develop a roadmap to guide the Caribbean region in its application of ICT for development and integration. The event will build on the outcomes of the 5th Caribbean Ministerial Strategic Seminar, reinforcing the case for regional collective action.
This Seminar will create a platform for Caribbean governments, corporations, multilateral institutions,non-profit agencies, universities and ICT stakeholders from the Caribbean, the United States and Europe to engage in meaningful dialogue on the issue of Caribbean Transformation. It presents a unique opportunity for translating ideas into meaningful action for a connected and integrated Caribbean.
