USAID/Mexico is pleased to announce the launch of the U.S.-Mexico TIES University Partnerships Phase III Cycle 2 Request for Applications (RFA).

USAID anticipates funding up to seven (7) University Partnership projects in the following areas:
- Strengthening Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Higher Education for Rural Development
- Rule of Law
- Conservation of Biodiversity and Economic Growth
- English Language Education
University partners will have approximately 3 months to apply; TIES RFA deadline is June 20th, 2008.
