A Cultural Conversation with Pedro A. Cruz Sunu,
Maya Tzutuhil Artist
Mr. Cruz will be sharing his life history growing up in San Pedro la Laguna, and his experience as
an indigenous artist. He will read and present the Nahuales (spiritual guides) and discuss some of
the problems currently faced by those trying to hold onto their Maya roots.
