Hispanic Business magazine named Luis Maizel one of the 100 most influential Hispanics in the United States. He heads one of the largest minority-run investment businesses in the country, managing billions of dollars in assets in his San Diego offices. Luis Maizel, the co-founder and senior managing director of LM Capital Group, has been investing in the global fixed income markets since 1984. 
The purpose of the meeting is to present the Mexican Space Agency to companies, scientists, engineers and government entities from both sides of the border that are working on space science and technology. During this first visit, all areas of security will be discussed, including food security, environmental security and coastal security. Participants are invited to brainstorm on the possibilities for collaboration between their institutions and the Mexican Space Agency.
